Identify colleges offering Math for Education (Elementary or Early Childhood) and faculty contacts.
Create a network of faculty teaching these courses and meet quarterly to share resources.
Develop guidance for common outcomes for courses in each sequence (131/132 and 171/172/173).
Join Robert Weston, Clark Math Faculty, one Friday a month at 2:00 for active learning support, assessment development, and writing thinking and curriculum-aligned questions.
Fall Dates: September 26, October 17, November 21, and December 12
Winter Dates: January 16, February 13, and March 20
Spring Dates: April 17, May 15, and June 19
SBCTC is contracting with Shawn Jordison, The Accessibility Guy, to provide customized math instruction specific support for meeting the WCAG 2.1, Level AA standards by the April 24, 2026 deadline.
